WG Davies Ltd is acutely aware of the current threat of the spread of Coronavirus.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT MEASURES
We are implementing, with immediate effect, the following steps as precautionary measures against the spread of Coronavirus:
1. Service reception doors are always to be locked - drivers are asked to read the notices on the gate/door and act accordingly, i.e. vehicles should be parked in the yard and the keys passed through the window. The driver should report to reception via the office window and report defects.
2. Our waiting room is closed until further notice - anyone insisting on waiting for a vehicle repair will be asked to wait off site.
3. We will contact you when your vehicle is ready for collection.
4. We will continue to deliver parts, but our driver will not enter any customers' premises.
5. Anyone arriving for a car MOT test (Swansea depot only) is asked to confine themselves to the MOT bay viewing area only.
These steps will be reviewed as the threat of spread lessens.
We hope you understand why we must put these measures in place here at WG Davies, but this is for the safety of our employees and you, our customers.

W G Davies offers a rapid roadside assistance service, available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Fully equipped service vans with trained technicians operate from each of our branches, providing comprehensive emergency cover across all of South Wales.

Our MOT pass rate is something we as a company are particularly proud of.
We provide a comprehensive service of preparation for MOT inspections which can include, vehicle collection and delivery, preparation, i.e. steam clean, brake testing & emissions testing, the booking of tests, presentation of the vehicle to the test station and any remedial work.
We run a small fleet of vans and cars as courtesy vehicles, available for use by our clients at the Cardiff, Swansea & Tenby depots.
These vehicles may be booked in advance from each depot. There is no charge if the customer uses their own insurance; however, there is a charge of £10 per day if the vehicle is to be covered using the W G Davies’ policy.
